On 26 April, the University of Florence hosted the “School & Universities network for Well-being” webinar. All universities of the EUniWell consortium participated in this event, which had the aim to start the creation of a network of European schools.

In the course of the webinar “School & Universities network for Well-being” , two round tables were organised: The first one explored the current state of the universities in terms of internationalisation of student teachers and the second one discussed how internationalisation for school innovation could be fostered. The second round table included contributions by two students from EUniWell universities on their perspective on internationalisation, while the National Agency of Erasmus+ INDIRE and the Regional School of Tuscany (Branch Office of the Ministry of Education) talked about activities that are already in place and future goals of the Erasmus programme.

The webinar offered an opportunity for schools to learn about EUniWell and the Teacher Education Arena, as well as to gather information about future innovative internship opportunities starting from September 2023.

A questionnaire to collect the schools’ expression of interest toward students’ internships was presented. The aim of the webinar was to create a network encouraging the exchange among future teachers and to encourage a positive attitude toward internationalisation among schools.
