RUEBES (Research Unit on Everyday Bioethics and Ethics of Science) is organising the third edition of the Bioethics in Action Seminar series (BiASs III) with 5 seminars that will be held online from the end of March to the end of May. After the rewarding experience of the BiASs II, dedicated to Bioethics and Racism, this year we will focus on the connections, the relations, and the mutual influences between Bioethics and Capitalism.

The graphic shows the following text: Bioethics in Action 3 - A Seminar series by the RUEBES. Bioethics and Capitalism - Struggeling for Justice and Equity.

The aim of BiAS III is to address the complexity and the many facets involved in the discussion of fundamental topics such as environmental health justice; ethical issues of genomics; inequalities and political economy of care; biases in biomedical research and conflicts of interest. To address this challenge, we have invited internationally renowned scholars from the most diverse fields and countries.
