Stress Relief between Lake and Alps
As the winter holiday season approaches and the year is coming to an end, you will have the opportunity to take a moment and focus on your well-being. We invite you to take part in the “Stress Relief between Lake and Alps” excursion, which is designed for Bachelor, Master, and PhD students from all disciplines to manage stress effectively and improve their personal well-being. The event will take place at the University of Konstanz from 28 November to 30 November 2024. Immerse yourself in nature, receive theoretical input and engage in stress-reducing activities!
During this EUniWell excursion, you will participate in guided sessions that include mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and theoretical input on valuable knowledge. The excursion is the perfect opportunity to recharge before the holidays and start the New Year with renewed energy and a clear mind. Do not miss this opportunity to relax and take care of your well-being. This excursion is a new mobility format from the University of Konstanz in cooperation with the University of Cologne.
