Academic staff member
Academic staff members at EUniWell institutions sit at the intersection of teaching, research, and community engagement. The Alliance provides a wide range of opportunities for academic staff to collaborate across borders, develop innovative teaching approaches, contribute to interdisciplinary research, and strengthen their professional profiles within a well-being-oriented, European context.
From mobility schemes and seed funding to open lecture series and shared research platforms, EUniWell supports academic staff at every stage of their career in building meaningful connections and making a lasting impact.

Courses and training
The digital Course Catalogue brings together current and upcoming courses offered through EUniWell and its member institutions. It includes fully online courses, blended learning opportunities, and in-person teaching across a wide range of subjects, disciplines, and study levels.
Micro-credentials
EUniWell supports the European Commission’s vision for a Union of Skills by offering flexible micro-credential courses open to anyone looking to upskill, reskill, or develop new competencies. Upon completion, learners receive digital badges that provide verified proof of achievement recognised across the Alliance and beyond.
Open Lecture Series
Looking to expand your knowledge, develop professionally, and connect with people from across Europe? The Open Lecture Series brings together experts from EUniWell member institutions to share research outcomes and perspectives with students, administrators, researchers, professionals, and the wider community in support of the Alliance’s mission of well-being.
Educational mobility
Through its mobility opportunities, EUniWell encourages learners to experience different academic environments and cultures across Europe. Whether you are interested in a full semester abroad, a short course, an intensive programme, or a seminar, mobility opportunities provide new perspectives, international experience, and valuable personal and academic connections.
Seed Funding Programme
The EUniWell member universities support innovative and collaborative grassroots initiatives through the Seed Funding Programme. The programme promotes well-being projects initiated by researchers, students, educators, and administrative staff from across the Alliance. Calls for proposals are organised twice each year and support projects involving collaboration between at least four EUniWell universities. Funding of up to €25,000 is available for projects lasting up to 12 months, and applicants can come from all EUniWell member institutions.
