Administrative staff members
Administrative staff are the backbone of any thriving university, and EUniWell recognises the important contribution they make to institutional life. Whether you work in student services, finance, HR, communications, or any other professional area, the Alliance offers opportunities to connect, develop, and grow as part of a wider European community dedicated to well-being.
Through access to flexible learning options, shared initiatives, and professional networks, administrative staff can expand their skills, exchange good practices with peers across Europe, and contribute to the ongoing development of EUniWell as a collaborative and well-functioning institution.

Seed Funding Programme

The programme promotes well-being projects initiated by researchers, students, educators, and administrative staff from across the Alliance. Calls for proposals are organised twice each year and support projects involving collaboration between at least four EUniWell universities. Funding of up to €25,000 is available for projects lasting up to 12 months, and applicants can come from all EUniWell member institutions.
