Outreach

Connecting knowledge with society. EUniWell believes that the future of well-being cannot be created by universities alone and that universities should be open to and engaged with the societies around them. Through outreach, we connect researchers, students, and educators with citizens, communities, cities, public institutions, schools, organisations, and other societal partners. We make knowledge accessible, encourage dialogue, and create opportunities to share perspectives, explore questions, and develop ideas together.

Citizen Science Programme

Creating knowledge with society. Citizens actively contribute to the knowledge that shapes our shared future. Through Citizen Science, researchers and citizens come together to ask questions, explore challenges, collect and interpret data, and contribute to research that matters to their communities. By opening up the research process to diverse perspectives and experiences, EUniWell fosters a more inclusive and participatory approach to science – and to understanding and improving well-being together.

Civic Initiatives

Turning knowledge into community impact. Civic initiatives connect university members with partners across society to turn knowledge into meaningful action. Students, researchers, educators, and staff work alongside public authorities, schools, hospitals, businesses, and civil society organisations to share knowledge and address societal challenges. Through service learning projects, placement schemes, and other forms of collaboration they develop practical solution and actively shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for well-being.
