Recognition modalities for EUniWell courses and training offerings
General information
Participation in and/or completion of a EUniWell course or training offer results in the issuance of an attendance or completion certificate or diploma. Recognition of these certificates or diplomas vary by institution: for more information, please check the current terms and conditions of your home institution in the section below.
Inalco University
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
Recognition of credits for participation to EUniWell offerings is not automatic. Most degree programmes’ structure currently does not allow for ECTS recognition. However, participation in such courses and trainings can be recognised on Diploma supplement.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation. Any such recognition needs to be previously agreed with your tutor and the Doctoral school.
Staff
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as professional training and mentioned on relevant documentation (e.g. yearly performance review, etc.).
Linnaeus University
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
EUniWell ECTS-bearing courses can be recognised as exchange studies in Ladok. To determine whether a course can be credited toward a specific study programme, please contact you programme or course coordinator and ensure that this is clearly stated in your Learning Agreement.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings could be recognised as part of your PhD studies, will be agreed on an individual basis, please contact your tutor.
Staff
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as part of your staff professional training hours.
Nantes Université
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
Currently, students having completed EUniWell courses can have their activities mentioned in their diploma supplement, issued upon graduation.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation. To request recognition, you can contact euniwell-formation[at]univ-nantes.fr.

Semmelweis University
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
Students can request intra-curricular recognition for EUniWell ECTS-bearing courses (feasibility and processes depend on programmes and faculties).
For mobility-based courses (such as BIP - Blended Intensive Programmes), a Learning Agreement signed by all parties will be requested.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation.
Staff

University of Konstanz
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
All degree programmes include a container for transversal skills courses, and EUniWell courses which fit into the parameters of the transversal skills framework can be recognised and included in this container. However, recognition is decided on a case-by-case basis at the Department level and students are strongly advised to contact their department upon application to a EUniWell course to discuss recognition. In the case of Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs), students are required to secure such prior approval for recognition of the BIP before they can be nominated for the BIP.
PhD students
PhD candidates who are part of a structured doctoral program can request recognition of EUniWell training offerings. Recognition decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the program leadership, and candidates are strongly advised to contact their program leadership upon application to a EUniWell course to discuss recognition.

University of Murcia
Bachelor’s students
For EUniWell ECTS-bearing courses, certificates of completion should be uploaded on the RECRAU platform. Recognition is possible for up to 6 ECTS per study cycle.
Master’s students
Recognition depends on study programmes. Generally, only ECTS provided by BIP (Blended Intensive Programmes) can be recognised as part of Master’s study programmes.
PhD students

University of Florence
Bachelor’s students and Master’s students
Recognition of credits for participation to EUniWell ECTS-bearing courses is not automatic.
The responsibility lies with each faculty to determine whether and how to recognise ECTS credits providing from EUniWell courses (e.g. as extracurricular activities, elective or mandatory courses). Students are generally required to sign Learning Agreements prior to their participation in a programme with a mobility period (such as BIP - Blended Intensive Programmes).
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings may be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation, depending on the Doctoral Regulations of each faculty. PhD students may enquire about recognition within their faculty or programme on an individual basis.
Staff
EUniWell training offerings cannot be recognised as part of your staff professional training hours.
University of Birmingham
Bachelor’s and Master’s students
Recognition is not automatic. Academic recognition can be granted for approved semester-long or full academic year exchange programmes. Participation in shorter mobility activities may be acknowledged through alternative recognition mechanisms where applicable,including the Birmingham Award and the enhanced transcript.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings cannot be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation.
Staff
EUniWell training offerings can be recognised as part of staff annual Professional Development Review.
Universidade de Santiago de Compostela
Bachelor’s students
EUniWell courses can be recognised as part of Bachelor’s students study programmes up to 12 ECTS per study cycle. To request the recognition of their ECTS‑bearing EUniWell courses, students must upload their EUniWell diplomas or certificates to their Online Student Services and formally apply for the recognition of the corresponding credits, which should appear on their student’s academic record after validation.
Poderán ser obxecto de recoñecemento como créditos optativos nunha titulación oficial de grao ou máster a realización de actividades formativas de internacionalización organizadas por parte da Alianza de Universidades Europeas EUniWell (European University for Well- Being/ Universidade Europea para o Benestar) á que pertence a USC. Os estudantes que reciban o seu diploma oficial deben subilo á súa Secretaria virtual, apartado Outros, e solicitar o recoñecemento do/s crédito/s correspondente/s.
Master’s students

University of Cologne
Bachelor’s students
Students may enquire about the recognition of learning outcomes/credits within their faculty on an individual basis. Recognition of EUniWell courses or training offerings might be possible for subject-specific modules or within the Studium Integrale (SI), depending on the subject and faculty. Teacher Education and State Exam students may apply for recognition within the Extracurricular activities(EA) framework instead of SI or for recognition within their subject-specific modules.
Master’s students
Students may enquire about the recognition of learning outcomes/credits within their faculty on an individual basis. Depending on the subject and faculty, recognition might be possible for subject-specific modules or as Extracurricular Activity (EA). Please note in regards of EA: credits will not be counted towards your degree.
PhD students
EUniWell training offerings may be recognised as part of PhD's training records and count towards graduation, depending on the Doctoral Regulations of each faculty. PhD students may enquire about recognition of training hours and/or ECTS within their faculty or programme on an individual basis.
Staff
Please enquire individually with the Human Resources division if your participation in a EUniWell training offer can be included in your employee files.
