Course description
Are you a curious tourist? A language enthusiast? A professional preparing for a trip to Madagascar? Then this MOOC is for you. It will help you acquire the basics of written and spoken Malagasy.
Very short, practical dialogues will enable you to acquire the words and automatisms you need for your day-to-day exchanges. The dialogues are accompanied by grammar points and simple vocabulary. Video activities and written exercises will enable you to check your knowledge and progress. Finally, we will talk to you about everyday life in Madagascar.
Schedule
48 hours of classes in total.
The course is divided into 8 weeks, containing 4 to 5 sessions and requiring about 6 hours of work per week; however, it is a self-paced program, and students are free to adapt the pace of studies to their needs.
Requirements
Learners should have the following language knowledge:
• French B1
Students must register on the Fun-Mooc platform to access the course content. Enrolment on Fun-Mooc is free and open to all.
