Course description

Open Science is a transformative approach to research and knowledge dissemination that fosters transparency, collaboration, and accessibility. It encompasses a wide range of practices, including open access publishing, data sharing, citizen science, and generally promoting a culture of openness in academia.
This International Staff Week on Open Science, hosted by the University of Konstanz, will bring together experts, researchers, educators, and staff from across Europe to share insights, best practices, and challenges related to Open Science.
The programme will feature interactive workshops, keynote talks, collaborative sessions, and opportunities to explore practical tools and strategies for implementing Open Science practices. Participants will engage with peers from diverse institutions, collaboratively develop strategies, and refine their vision for the future of Open Science within the EUniWell alliance.
We welcome input from participants to incorporate their own topics and ideas into the programme, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic exchange of knowledge.

The in-person session will take place from 24 March to 27 March 2025, with full-day workshops.
