Course description

This workshop, specifically designed for students at universities, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of essential topics such as exam-related stress, burnout prevention, performance expectations, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and resilience. Emphasis is placed not only on theoretical foundations but also on the acquisition of practical methods and evidence-based strategies that can be readily integrated into academic life. The program aims to combine immediate stress reduction with sustainable mental health benefits, fostering both short-term relief and long-term psychological resilience.

This workshop is conducted by psychologist Marc Wiedmann, psychotherapist in training. Alumnus of the University of Konstanz.
