Dealing with uncertainty and finding the new: initiate - impulse - ideas - play.

There is a huge transformation going through the world - on global and local scales - that is forcing us to reorient and refocus. What does this mean for our teaching and learning? How can we respond appropriately as educators to present and future challenges, both in education and in wider society? How do we find the new? How do we deal with uncertainties? What tools and strategies can help us, our students, and society?

Artistic thinking, unusual co-creative approaches, the willingness to explore and maybe fail, and a good portion of courage are what we all need to be successful in this uncertain world. An approach that can be learned and shared, both in education and in society. We call it “the artists’ glasses”. In this 2-day hands-on-workshop you will be introduced to arts-based skills and artistic ways of thinking which you can adapt to work co-creatively with students and societal stakeholders.
