EUniWell welcomes applications for its 9th Seed Funding Call from students, researchers, educators and staff members of all member universities. The call is open from 30 June to 25 September 2025.

Co-create well-being across borders

By supporting cross-university collaboration, the Seed Funding Programme helps bring to life innovative projects that promote well-being in diverse fields across the alliance.

This call for proposals is open to projects in all areas that support EUniWellʼs core commitment to advance well-being through health, education, research, society and environments.

Call outlines and matchmaking

To submit a proposal, the project team must include members (staff or matriculated students) from at least four universities of the EUniWell Alliance.

Projects can apply for a maximum grant of €25,000 to distribute amongst the collaborating partners for completion within 12 months.

Timeline

The 9th Seed Funding Call is open for applications from 30 June 2025. All proposals must be submitted before 25 September 2025 23:59 CEST (22:59 BST / 00:59 EEST). The funding decision will be communicated in November, with projects scheduled to start on 1 December 2025.

Three information sessions will be held on 9 July, 16 July and 28 August to explain the application process, help connect with other interested parties, provide clarification on the Seed Funding Call outlines and answer any questions.
