About this lecture:

In her talk, Prof. Anne Burmeister will provide insights into how organisations can increase inclusion and reduce discrimination at work through targeted interventions that she developed and tested in laboratory and field experimental studies. 

About the lecturer:

Since 2023 Anne Burmeister has been Professor and Chair of Organisational Behaviour at the University of Cologne, Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences. Her research on social interactions at work with a focus on diverse workforces, aims to improve employees’ working lives by fostering inclusive work experiences.
