Course description

This Staff Week, initiated by EUniWell’s Human Resources Working Group, offers a dedicated space to reflect on and strengthen one of the most essential dimensions of university life: staff well-being. As higher education institutions continue to navigate academic, societal and organisational transformation, the expectations placed on both academic and administrative staff are steadily increasing. In this evolving environment, fostering supportive, healthy and sustainable workplaces is not only desirable, but essential.

Throughout the three program days, participants will exchange experiences, reflect collectively, and explore practical approaches that enhance mental, physical and social well-being in the workplace. Beyond thematic sessions and workshops, the programme aims to create meaningful connections across institutions, encourage mutual understanding, and contribute to building more inclusive, resilient and caring university communities.

Day 2: Physical and Mental Well-Being at Work

Day 3: Sustainable Leadership and Resilient Teams
