Course description

How can universities better support the well-being of their staff?

Join colleagues from across the EUniWell Alliance for three days of learning, collaboration and international networking at the Semmelweis HR Staff Week 2026.

The programme will focus on key aspects of workplace well-being in higher education, including:

  • mental and physical health,
  • sustainable leadership,
  • resilient teams,
  • inclusive organisational culture,
  • practical tools for creating healthier university workplaces,
  • peer exchange and sharing best practices across Europe.

Whether you work in Human Resources, organisational development or staff well-being, this Staff Week offers an excellent opportunity to connect, learn and contribute to shaping the future of well-being in higher education.
