EUniWell Online EUniWell-Event

These workshops aim to discuss the development and use of technology, particularly different forms of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and their potential impacts on university education, in healthcare and clinical practice.

The development of AI in healthcare is a challenge for institutions, researchers, practitioners, teachers, and students alike. Our goal is to organise a core group for Artificial Intelligence (AI) multi-disciplinary collaborators within EUniWell. Together we will study the impact of AI on education and healthcare from social, ethical and legal perspectives.

The core group will be formed through the development of a mini-workshop series. These workshops aim to discuss the development and use of technology, particularly different forms of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and their potential impacts on university education, in healthcare and clinical practice, key themes of EUniWell and pillars of foundational European values.

This workshop series will target academics and students with an interest in AI, healthcare, law and social sciences as well as those engaged with trustworthy and ethical aspects of Artificial Intelligence. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the different forms of AI as well as an awareness of their benefits, limitations, and risks.

The workshops will be structured over two days on 30 January 2023 and 21 February 2023. The first workshop will challenge participants by presenting current issues and ideas regarding AI in the healthcare and education fields. With the feedback obtained, the second workshop, involving a panel of experts, will stimulate interaction and debate with the audience, selecting a limited number of topics of interest for the EUniWell community.

  • DAY 1: Impact of AI Talks: 30 January 2023, 09:00 CET / 08:00 GMT
  • DAY 2: Discussions: 21 February 2023, 09:00 CET / 08:00 GMT
