Experience walking with both your body and mind.
In this workshop you will learn that meditation does not always come with static sitting postures. Adding simple mindfulness exercises into an activity such as walking, is an easy, enjoyable and surprisingly effective way of relaxing your body, calming your mind and reducing stress.
We will start the session out together in the zoom room, via the link below, for a short online introduction but soon you can move away from your screen and go for a 20-minute walk on your own with a guided recording. You have the option to download the guided recording ahead of the session, which is available for download at the bottom of this page, or to listen to the recording during your walk via the YouTube video below. We will end the session back in the zoom room together to discuss our findings.
