The registration is free for all PhD students.
Abstract submission: The call for abstracts is open until 15 June. Please submit your abstract directly to Fanni Matyasovski at matyasovski.fanni.sara[at]semmelweis.hu
Participation fee and funding: Participation in Semmelweis PhD Scientific Days is free of charge for selected applicants from the listed EUniWell member universities. Selected EUniWell participants can receive funding to cover their travel and accommodation costs. The organisers will provide an admission response to all applicants and the selected students will be informed about receiving EUniWell funding.
Please note that funded participation at the event has a limited number of spots. Each eligible EUniWell member university has an equal number of seats. If applications exceed capacity, a waiting list may be implemented. In any case, you will be informed whether the applicants are on the main list or on the waiting list.
