EUniWell understands itself as a learning institution, whose structures are as guiding as necessary and as agile as possible to help the co-creation of new ideas on all levels. Our Alliance members are not united by a physical campus but by an idea and a spirit. That’s why we are inviting staff from all our universities to help us build a united European University for Well-Being!

Opportunities for staff within the Alliance

EUniWell offers numerous opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and engagement in innovative projects. Staff members from our member universities can enhance their skills, expand their professional networks, and contribute to our mission of promoting well-being across Europe.

As a staff member, engaging with EUniWell provides access to a wealth of resources, connections and support systems. This includes participating in interdisciplinary projects, attending specialised training sessions, and benefiting from mobility programmes that foster cultural and professional exchanges. How to get involved

• Working Groups and Work Packages: Staff can join various working groups within our Work Packages, each focusing on specific areas such as management, mobility, or dissemination or one of our Thematic Arenas. These groups are fundamental in driving the goals of our Alliance and its members and are open to administrative staff.
• Seed Funding Programme: EUniWell’s Seed Funding Programme supports projects initiated by staff, students, researchers, and educators. This programme aims to foster innovative projects that align with our mission of enhancing well-being. Staff can apply for funding to develop and test new ideas that have the potential for larger-scale impact.
• Events and Courses: Participate in a variety of events, such as thematic conferences or our FestiWell, or join one of our diverse training opportunities and courses. These opportunities provide platforms for learning, networking, and sharing best practices across different disciplines and institutions.
• Staff Mobility: Staff mobility is a key component of EUniWell’s strategy to enhance professional development and cross-cultural collaboration. Opportunities for mobility, both physical and virtual, allow staff members to experience different cultural and professional environments. They not only promote a shared identity but also foster seamless cultural exchanges across the Alliance.
