About this lecture:
Sports competitions are often organised based on nationality, leading to a form of accepted discrimination due to the specific characteristics of sport. However, does the same principle apply to professional competitions? And does it also apply when private entities are responsible for organising them? By examining relevant case law, this lecture aims to clarify the limits of legitimate discrimination in sport.
