Intercultural Trainers’ Network – Creating Competence, Growing Together

Course description

We would like to create a network for intercultural trainers who are passionate about fostering intercultural awareness, sensitivity, and competence. This initiative provides a dedicated space to exchange experiences, explore innovative approaches, and collaboratively design training materials and activities that strengthen intercultural learning. The network aims to support trainers in refining their methods, testing new ideas, and deepening their impact in diverse contexts. Our kick-off event will take place this fall, bringing together professionals who wish to connect, inspire one another, and engage in meaningful dialogue on intercultural practice. Following the launch, we will host regular short sessions that encourage peer learning, experimentation, and co-creation. Whether you are experienced in the field or newly entering intercultural training, this network offers an opportunity to expand your toolkit, broaden your perspectives, and contribute to a vibrant, sustainable community of practice dedicated to advancing intercultural competences.
