Bridging Cultures: A Co-Creation Workshop for Intercultural Trainers
EUniWell invites all intercultural trainers from our universities to participate in a dynamic co-creation workshop. Together, we will collaboratively develop concepts for various training formats with a focus on intercultural competencies and communication, drawing on our diverse backgrounds to create innovative solutions.
The workshop will be conducted in English, bringing together an international group of professionals, as a train-the-trainer programme. Experience in the field and a keen interest in implementing these training programmes at your own institution are highly desired. Your unique experiences and perspectives will be invaluable as we explore and craft new training approaches that resonate across cultures.

If you are interested in participating, please contact Agnieszka Vojta via email with a brief description of your prior experience in the intercultural field by 16 September 2024 at the latest.
Preliminary programme
The exact programme will be developed together with the group in a co-creation process. It will be highly interactive, and engaged participation is expected. The seminar is scheduled from approximately 10:00 CET to 17:00 CET on 22 and 23 October, and from approximately 9:00 CET to 12:00 CET on 24 October, but we are flexible and happy to adjust the times based on the group’s needs and dynamics.
Further information
The workshop will take place at Schloss Blumenfeld – a unique creative space set in a beautiful landscape, approximately 60 km from Konstanz. We will work, live, and cook together there – a creative space for creative people.
The Blumenfeld Castle is a self-catering house and offers guest rooms. There are also hotels in the neighbourhood. Your stay might be eligible for funding under the Erasmus+ short-term mobility programme at your home university. Travelling and accomodation expenses must be covered by the sending university. No additional course fees are required. For detailed information about the funding process please get in touch with your contact person at your home university
A shuttle will be organised from the train station in Singen (Hohentwiel) or Engen to Blumenfeld Castle and back.
