Human Resources Summer School
Internal Consulting Skills covers the knowledge and skills necessary to interact effectively with a client, diagnose an organisational problem and sell a solution (action plan) that will have a measurable business impact. The focus is on the actions necessary to help execute company strategy and improve the effectiveness of the organisation while developing positive relations with clients. The participant’s Social Styles will be assessed to provide students with a framework to better understand how they relate to others and learn to adapt to different types of clients.
The Human Resources Summer School is taught in-person at the University of Konstanz in Germany by Professor McCune and three Konstanz lecturers, Ann-Sophie Lauterbach, Adrian Bidlingmaier and Dr. Sebastian Tillmann. Participants will receive 7 ECTS upon completion of the Summer School.
The Summer School is targeted at MA level students from the social sciences, ideally with a focus on public administration or management.
