Prospective multidimensional analysis of immersive Environments

This event is organised by the EUniWell Seed Funding Call 1 project group Enriched Reality for Education and Well-Being (EREdWeb)

Tomorrow, January 27th from 5 pm to 6:30 pm CET (4 pm to 5:30 pm GMT) the EREdWeB group will discuss new emerging scenarios related to immersive technologies for teaching and learning. EREdWeB aims to understand the connection between upcoming technologies and well-being in digital environments.

The meeting will be opened by Prof. Georgia Giovannetti (Vice-Rector for International Relationships, University of Florence) and Prof. Ersilia Menesini (Head of the Department FORLILPSI, University of Florence), after which experts on digital well-being and immersive technologies will discuss methods and possible applications for the field of higher education.

The experts on the panel are: Prof. Christopher Barber (University of Birmingham), Prof. Maria Ranieri and Eng. Stefano Cuomo (University of Florence), Prof. Sybille Lamme and Prof. Inneke van der Ham (University of Leiden), Prof. Marcelo Milrad (Linneaus University) and Prof. Yannick Prie (University of Nantes).

The discussion will be hosted by Dr. Donatella Persico (CNR-ITD, Genoa, IT) and Dr. Andrea Benassi (INDIRE, Florence, IT).
